Automatic reconnection and iOS purchase fixes

The game now reconnects by itself after disconnects and updates, iOS membership purchases are more reliable, and Auto Retaliate works again.

Connection and account

Added automatic reconnection after disconnects, network changes and server restarts.
After an update finishes and the world comes back online, the game now reconnects and logs you back in automatically.
Brief mobile system dialogs, including store purchase confirmations and sign-ins, no longer interrupt the game connection.
Account deletion can now be requested in Settings, with a confirmation warning and account-holder verification before anything is deleted.
Banned players no longer appear in the highscores or highscore player searches.

Fixed iOS membership tier changes sometimes failing with purchase authorization or verification errors.
Membership tier changes now send players to the store where the subscription was bought, instead of allowing more than one membership to be started in game.
Improved the feedback when restoring iOS purchases.
Prevented duplicate purchase completion messages.
iOS number fields now use a compact Done button and avoid the unreliable iPad number pad pop-up.

Fixed Auto Retaliate, so being attacked once again starts automatic attacks against the attacker.
Holding a non-combat item, such as ore, no longer stops unarmed attacks from dealing damage.
Interaction menus now keep their options in the intended order and appear in a consistent position beside their target. No more hunting for the right option.
Fixed quest guide arrows pointing in the wrong direction.
NPC conversations can now show the speaking character's face in the dialog header.

Crafting stations no longer show ingredients or results left over from a previously opened station.
Crafting progress screens now show the total number of items ready to collect when a recipe makes several at once.
Fixed the shop search keyboard reopening after selecting an item.
Friends and guild member lists now show online players first, with each group sorted alphabetically.

Fixed nearby NPCs and other things appearing too late after returning to an area.
