Memberships started on iPhone or iPad are billed by Apple, so you cancel them in your Apple account: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Legends of Taria and tap Cancel Subscription.

Memberships started on Android are billed by Google Play: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions, choose Legends of Taria and tap Cancel subscription.

In the game, open the Taria Store, choose Membership & Services and tap Manage on your membership. It opens your subscription page, where you can cancel or change your payment method. If your receipt came from Paddle, you can also cancel at paddle.net by looking up your purchase with the email you paid with.

You keep your membership and its perks until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. After that it ends, and your character, items and Gems stay as they are.

Where you started it: in your Apple account for iPhone and iPad, in Google Play for Android, or with the Manage button in the Taria Store for the browser and computer versions. The membership itself works everywhere you sign in, because it belongs to your character, not your device.

Open the Taria Store and tap Restore Purchases at the top to check your purchases again. If it is still missing, contact us with your receipt and we'll sort it out.
