Delete Your Legends of Taria Account
You can delete your Legends of Taria account and the data linked to it at any time, from inside the game or by email. You don't need to reinstall the app: the game also runs in your browser.
Delete It in the Game
- Sign in to Legends of Taria on Android, iPhone, iPad or PC, or in your browser at play.legendsoftaria.com.
- Open Settings > Account > Account Deletion.
- Select Request Deletion and confirm. The game shows the date your account will be deleted.
Or Ask by Email
Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, and include your character name. We will reply to confirm and schedule the deletion.
30-Day Grace Period
Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask, so a mistake or someone else using your device can't wipe years of progress. Until then you can keep your account: sign in and open Settings > Account > Account Deletion > Cancel Deletion. The game reminds you of the date each time you log in.
What We Delete
- Your account and sign-in details, including your email address.
- All of your characters with their progress, items, gold, Gems, Taria Tokens and memberships.
- Your friends list, guild membership, player shops and market listings.
- Chat messages linked to your account.
- Device information, crash reports and notification settings linked to your account.
What We Keep
- Records of purchases (what was bought, when and for how much), for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Records of rule breaks and bans, so we can keep enforcing them.
